Pro Life Press Conference at the Albuquerque Office of the Attorney General on 5/25/17:

Pro Life groups gathered this past week to call attention to a New Mexico politician’s failure to do his job. Elisa Martinez The New Mexico Alliance for Life, Dauneen Dulce Right to Life of New Mexico, David Rodriguez UNM Students for Life and Albuquerque Mayoral Candidate Michelle Garcia Holmes held a Thursday afternoon press conference outside the Albuquerque office of New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas.

The groups drew public attention to how the New Mexico AG is allowing criminal complaints against UNM and Southwestern Women’s Options to expire rather than move forward with investigations.

Pro Life supporters are calling for a special prosecutor to investigate claims of illegal aborted baby body part harvesting by the University of New Mexico (UNM). The call came on the date a statute of limitations runs out on baby brains harvested in 2012.

Contact the NM Attorney General’s Office and ask him why is he allowing claims to expire, why has he not made an indictment? 83 claims have expired since he received a criminal referral from Congress last June.
