Sidewalk Advocates for Life
Sidewalk Advocates for Life takes a peaceful, prayerful, law-abiding approach to reaching out to those servicing the abortion center. We seek to be the hands & feet of Christ and to ‘stand in the gap’ for those who, ironically, may feel they have no choice. While we provide crisis intervention on the sidewalk to women in unplanned pregnancies headed into the abortion center, we recognize that our outreach can only go so far: we must offer her real, ongoing help or crisis management. Our interaction never ends without offering her life-affirming alternatives such as help from the local pregnancy resource centers and other organizations in Las Cruces.

40 Days for Life – Las Cruces
40 Days for Life is an international cross-denominational community-based campaign that takes a determined, peaceful approach to showing local communities the consequences of abortion in their own neighborhoods, for their own friends and families. It puts into action a desire to cooperate with God in the carrying out of His plan for the end of abortion. It draws attention to the evil of abortion through the use of a three-point program: (1) prayer and fasting, (2) peaceful and legal vigil, and (3) community outreach. The mission of the campaign is to bring together the body of Christ biannually in a spirit of unity during focused 40 day campaigns of prayer, fasting, and peaceful activism, with the purpose of repentance, to seek God’s favor to turn hearts and minds from a culture of death to a culture of life, thus bringing an end to abortion.

Rachel’s Vineyard
Many of the women on our Las Cruces for Life team are post-abortive, and sincerely wish to help prevent others from making the same painful mistake. They also want to help other post-abortive women and men find hope and healing. If you have an abortion in your past, we invite you to consider attending a Rachel’s Vineyard weekend retreat. The program is an opportunity to examine your abortion experience, identify the ways that the loss has impacted you in the past and present, and helps to acknowledge any unresolved feelings that many individuals struggle with after abortion. Married couples, mothers, fathers, grandparents and siblings of aborted children, as well as persons who have been involved in the abortion industry have come to Rachel’s Vineyard in search of peace and inner healing.

Silent No More
Silent No More Awareness is a Campaign whereby Christians make the public aware of the devastation abortion brings to women and men. The campaign seeks to expose and heal the secrecy and silence surrounding the emotional and physical pain of abortion. Our goals are to:

Reach out to people hurt after abortion, encouraging them to attend abortion after-care programs.
Invite those who are ready to break the silence by speaking the truth about abortion’s negative consequences and the path to healing.
Educate the public that abortion is harmful emotionally, physically and spiritually to women, men and families, so that it becomes unacceptable for anyone to recommend abortion as a ‘fix’ for a problem pregnancy.
Share our personal testimonies of hurt and healing to help others avoid the pain of abortion.

Protest Las Cruces
pro·test /ˈprōˌtest/: a statement or action expressing disapproval of or objection to something.
Protest Las Cruces is a loosely organized group of local concerned citizens who don’t just stand for life, but in the model of Protest ABQ, specifically protest the violent killing of pre-born children, as well as anyone who supports, profits from, or condones abortion. This includes peacefully and prayerfully raising public awareness to the tragic unseen realities of abortion by exposing it as a savage act of violence against the most innocent and defenseless among us who cannot speak nor protest in their own defense.
