LISTEN HERE: The HUB of New Mexico Christian Internet Radio Station www.thehubnm.com had Michael Siebel, Attorney New Mexico Alliance for Life, on with us this morning to give us the breaking details of Congressional Select Panel referring the University of New Mexico & Late Term Abortion Clinic Southwestern Women’s Options to New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas. Thank you to New Mexico Alliance for Life for being the SOLE Pro-Life Organization that has conducted this investigation this past year. They have worked tirelessly, often 10 -12 hours a day to expose the illegal practices going on between UNM Health Science Center & Southwestern Women’s Options. We applaud you and we stand behind you every step of the way! Thank you Elisa Martinez, Angela Maria and Michael Seibel for all your hard work and all you do for life in New Mexico!

The Washington Select Panel Committee is asking the NMAG to conduct a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION regarding the Select Investigative Panel issuing a criminal referral to New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas detailing evidence that the University of New Mexico (UNM) and Southwestern Women’s Options (SWWO) may have violated New Mexico’s Jonathan Spradling Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (Spradling Act). The referral letter also notes that further investigation is warranted into whether UNM or SWWO also violated 42 U.S.C. § 289g-2, a federal statute that makes it a 10-year felony to receive valuable consideration in exchange for human fetal tissue.

PLEASE NEW MEXICANS GET INVOLVED ! CONTACT Hector Balderas and demand he do what the Committee is asking him to do. Mr. Balderas supports Pro-death Hillary Clinton so it is crucial we make it known to Mr. Balderas that it is crucial that he comply with what his office is sworn to do. The mission statement from the NMAG web page states:

Our Mission
is to protect New Mexicans in order to make our communities safer and more prosperous. We prosecute criminal and civil offenses; advocate for consumers and those without a voice; empower the public by proactively educating them and connecting them with beneficial resources; and serve as legal counsel for the State and its agents.

We pray Mr. Balderas will adhere to this mission statement in this situation. You can contact the office of the Attorney General at www.nmag.gov.
